At the 55th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) 2024, Ranbir Kapoor offered a heartwarming glimpse into his personal life and his admiration for his grandfather, the legendary Raj Kapoor.

During a media interaction, a journalist serenaded Ranbir with the iconic track “Kisi Ki Muskurahaton Pe Ho Nisar” from the film Anari (1959). Touched by the moment, Ranbir revealed that the song holds a special place in his heart. He shared that “Kisi Ki Muskurahaton Pe” is not only one of his all-time favourite songs but also the very first Raj Kapoor melody he introduced to his daughter, Raha.

Ranbir Kapoor’s upcoming projects

On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor has just completed filming Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana alongside Sai Pallavi. He has begun shooting for Love and War with Vicky Kaushal and Alia Bhatt is also expected to join the cast soon. Additionally, Ranbir is also going to film Animal Park with Sandeep Reddy Vanga, another romantic film featuring Alia Bhatt.
